The Canoe Theory

The Canoe Theory compares an organization and its members to a canoe and its crew. Like canoes, businesses need every member to "paddle" together for geater success. The Canoe Theory shows leaders and employees alike how to bridge the gap and "paddle" together. The Canoe Theory lays out the seven simple priniciples of "the canoe theory" and how implementing them equals organizational success. The Canoe Theory provides achievable answers for challenges like how to improve teamwork, leadership skills, organizational motivation and revenue. Likewise, the theory also provides solutions for increasing productivity and how to deal with challenging employees. Leaders from across the country believe in and use The Canoe Theory.
